For the installation of the ARRIS Surfboard mAX Plus AX7000 WiFi router, you will need the Arris cable modem with which you will connect the router. Download Surfboard Central App

The Surfboard Central app is available on the all platforms like App Store, Play Store, Microsoft Store and on the official website of Arris. Just download it in your phone and follow instructions below.

Access and Select Model

Tap on the app to open it in your phone. You will see the Get Started button, just press it. The app will ask for the location permission, tap on the Allow Once. After that, it also asks for more permission to access the phone network, allow them all. Then, select the model that is ARRIS Surfboard mAX Plus AX7000 WiFi router. And tap Continue.

Verify Code

If you have Arris account credentials, then you can Sign into the app, but if not, then you should tap on ‘Not Registered yet’ button. The App will send you a verification code of 5 numbers that you have to enter in the page this will get you access to the app dashboard.

Connect with Network

You will reach to the setup instructions page, where you just have to tap on the Help Me Optimize My Network button.

• Plug the router and modem to the power outlet and power them on.
